2006

Gabriel de Broglie, a senior civil servant, member of the Académie Française and of the Académie des Sciences Morales et Politiques,  became Chancellor of the Institute on January 1st, 2006. He succeeded Pierre Messmer, Chancellor since 1999.  He was reelected in 2014 for a new three-year term.
